No. We're remote-first and hire anywhere with meaningful overlap with our core hours (roughly 9:00–18:00 GMT+5:45). Half the team lives in Kathmandu; the other half is scattered across Europe and Asia.
Three steps: a portfolio or code review with a senior team member, a 45-minute technical conversation, then a paid trial week working on a real task. You'll meet the people you'd actually work with — not just the hiring manager.
