Remote-first, always
Work from Kathmandu, Lisbon or anywhere between. We hire for time-zone overlap, not office proximity.

A $1,500 budget every two years for hardware, desk setup or whatever makes your workspace yours.
Plus your local public holidays and a fully paid winter break. Rest is part of the process.
$1,000 a year for courses, conferences or books. Whatever keeps your skills sharp, on us.
Everyone gets a slice of what we make. When the company wins, the people who built it do too.
We actually meet. A week every six months to build in person, eat well and plan the roadmap together.
If you're senior, curious and allergic to bureaucracy — these are for you.
The questions candidates actually ask us — answered without the recruiter gloss.
No. We're remote-first and hire anywhere with meaningful overlap with our core hours (roughly 9:00–18:00 GMT+5:45). Half the team lives in Kathmandu; the other half is scattered across Europe and Asia.
Three steps: a portfolio or code review with a senior team member, a 45-minute technical conversation, then a paid trial week working on a real task. You'll meet the people you'd actually work with — not just the hiring manager.
If you're senior in your craft and think we'd be lucky to have you, tell us why.
